What clubs ask us.
How much does it cost?
During the beta Tourn.me is free for clubs, no credit card required. Clubs that join now will get dedicated terms when paid plans are introduced.
Which formats can I run?
Round robin, single elimination, groups followed by a bracket, Gold & Silver and consolation brackets. Set scoring, long tie-break or timed matches.
Can my AI assistant run the tournament for me?
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client to your account: the assistant chooses format, groups and finals, starts each phase and records results. You and the players follow everything live on the club TV.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. You enter scores from a smartphone or tablet court-side; players follow the tournament from their phone via QR code, nothing to install.
Do players need an account?
No. The public tournament link opens without login, on phones and on the club TV.
How many courts and pairs can it handle?
There are no fixed limits: the assistant computes schedules and rotations based on the courts and hours you have available.
